Gift Card Policies

Please read fully before purchase

1. Clients have 30 days to request a refund for gift cards. Refunds will be given for the amount paid to Mindful Moon minus the processing fees deducted by Stripe, which is 3.5% and $0.15 of the amount purchased. Clients may avoid extra fees by transferring the gift card to another person with proper notification to the Mindful Moon staff.

2. Gift cards are valid UP TO 4 years from purchase date in accordance with Maryland state law. After the 4 year mark gift cards are considered expired and can no longer be redeemed.

3. Gift Cards may only be used for services at Mindful Moon Spa and are non transferable to other businesses.
