My own experience with sound healing has helped me manage stress in a positive way by integrating it into my meditation routine.
I like to think of sound healing as a facilitated meditation using the sounds and pitches of various instruments to create patterns that the mind can focus on. By creating this point of focus, the client can relax by entering a meditative state. This service is different than listening to a recorded track because you can physically feel the acoustic sound as it is being produced while you are in the room.
